JEWELLERY

We use sterling silver 925, rhodium, yellow gold vermeil and Cubic Zirconia in our jewellery. Please see our Materials page for more information.

Gold vermeil is gold plated silver. For it to be gold vermeil, the gold plating must be of a certain thickness. This means that the gold plating is thicker and thus more durable than other gold plated fashion jewellery with thinner gold plating. Information about gold vermeil can be found on our Materials page.

We produce our jewellery in Thailand. We visit the factory yearly and have a very good working relationship with them. Please see our Sustainability page for more information.

ORDERS

You have 1 hour from you placed your order to cancel if you wish to do so. If you wish to amend your order we have to cancel the original order and then you will have to place a new one. Please email hello@helenehamansen.com and we will assist you.

To redeem a promotional code online, enter the code in the voucher code box on the check-out page and click ‘APPLY’.

We can offer our signature gift packaging for CHF 7.- Please select this option individually for each of the items you would like to have gift wrapped. Your order will then be packed in our standard packaging, wrapped in tissue and placed in a signature Helene Hamansen Jewellery sealed bag.

If you forget your password, click ‘Forgotten Password’ below the password box upon logging in. You will then receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

You are able to edit your personal details such as your name, phone number, address, email address, password and email preferences from within My Account.  

We accept most major credit cards in addition to Apple and Google Pay as forms of payment. All transactions are made in Swiss Francs (CHF).

The payments made in the online store of Helene Hamansen Jewellery are fully secured. We use fully secure transmission methods via encrypted data with our payment partners.

Additonally, Helene Hamansen Jewellery AG does not store any information about your payment.

DELIVERIES & RETURNS

For orders within Switzerland the delivery time is 2-4 working days.

For international orders outside of Switzerland the shipping time is approximately between 5-18 working days. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

We currently ship to European countries, USA and Canada. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

VAT is included on orders within Switzerland. For international orders the customer is responsible for VAT and duties payable to the shipping destination. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

For Swiss Customers: Unopened, unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the sticker seal must be unbroken.

For Swiss Customers: Unopened, unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the sticker seal must be unbroken.

For International Customers outside Switzerland: Unopened, unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase due to longer international delivery times. To be eligible for a return, the sticker seal must be unbroken.
