Returns & Exchanges

We do of course hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, if that is not the case, we will do our outmost to assist you with your return.

Any product in their original, unworn condition and still sealed in the original cellophane bag is eligible for return within the time frames listed below.

Please note: Due to our business model we are currently not able to offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an article, we ask that you return your order to us and then place a new order for the article you would like instead.

For Swiss Customers: Unopened, unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the sticker seal must be intact.

For International Customers outside Switzerland: Unopened, unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the sticker seal must be intact.

Please note: Our customers are asked to bear the cost of returns and exchanges. As you are responsible for the products until they arrive back to us we recommend sending your return by a tracked service.
